Shipping Policy -

Order Processing: At Firstroot.in, we ensure that every order is shipped within 3 days of the order date. Confirmation and updates are communicated via email at info.firstroot@gmail.com and through WhatsApp. If you don't receive communication, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping charges: Shipping is ₹99 for orders below ₹199 and free for orders of ₹199 or more.

Logistics Partners: We have partnered with reliable delivery services such as Xpressbees, Bluedart, Amazon, Ekart, DTDC, and Delivery. Orders usually arrive within 5–7 days from the order date. Delivery times may vary by location or courier delays.

Packaging: Your plants are carefully packed in sturdy, breathable packages to protect them during transit. If a plant arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery and follow the evidence requirements in our Refund Policy.

Accurate Address: Please double-check that the shipping address and PIN code provided when placing your order are correct. Firstroot will not be responsible for delivery issues, delays, or returns due to incorrect address details. Any additional costs for re-delivery due to address errors will be charged accordingly.
