How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 5–7 days from the order date. Shipping is ₹99 for orders below ₹199 and free for orders of ₹199 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What if my sapling arrives damaged?
Report damaged saplings within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required to claim damage. Email info.firstroot@gmail.com with your order number and video. Our team will review the claim. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 working days. See our Refund Policy for details.
